 ALL:

World Archery Philippines, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Province of Benguet will organize the 2018 PHILIPPINE ARCHERY FESTIVAL and 2018 Philippine Archery Cup Finals on September 21 – 23, 2018.

The event is in partnership with the Philippine Sports Commission’s (PSC) Development Program and will cover 3 major tournaments, as follow:

• 2018 PSC Batang Pinoy National Finals (REGISTRATION IS FREE)

September 15 – 19

Note: List of qualified archers to the PSC Batang Pinoy will be posted at http://batangpinoy.psc.gov.ph/ or through WAP’s circular and for the Philippine Archery Cup Finals, the list will be distributed by WAP.

• 2018 Philippine Archery Cup Finals (FINALISTS- NO REGISTRATION FEE NEEDED)

September 20 – 21

Note: List of qualified archers to compete for the Philippine Archery Cup Finals will be sent out separately or through WAP’s circular. The list will be distributed by WAP (website and facebook). Finalist will not pay registration fee for the Finals.

• 2019 SEAG QUALIFIER I (REGISTRATION FEE APPLIES)

Note: First ranking for Philippine Archery Cup 2019. This is with registration fee. Please see details below.

        It is our great pleasure to invite your archery team/clubs to participate in this tournament. This event will be organized following the World Archery rules for 2012, in both divisions; Recurve and Compound.

Please find the attached necessary documents for registration (Final Entry Form) and guidelines for this event. Please return the completed forms by emailing it to [email protected] before the deadline date and please see below registration fee.

Summary of deadlines:

Final Entries & Payment                   – September 16, 2018 (Entry Form & Deposit Slip)

Registration fee:       Individual         – Php    600.00 (for entries submitted on or before September 16, 2018)

                                                                         Php    800.00 (for entries submitted on September 17 – 18, 2018)

                                                                         Php  1,000.00 (for on-site registration on September 21, 2018)

                                           Coach              – Php    500.00

  Note: Registration on September 19-20 will no longer be entertained as target butt assignments are already made & final. On-site registration means, you will be entertained as the registration day ends on Day 1 (September 21) at 5pm, if there will be an available slot in the target butt assignments, you can still register but registration fee is Php 1,000.00

 Important: Payment should also be made online on the same date you will submit your entry form and to be deposited at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) with account number 000363-1164-77 & account name: World Archery Philippines, Inc.

 Note: Please include in your email your deposit slip. Failure to submit the deposit slip together with the final entry form is not considered a valid entry and will not be accepted.  Also, payment is Non-Refundable.
