Club Registration Form

This form must be completed by each Archery Club applying to register as a Club Member of World Archery Philippines (WAP). The term “Archery Club” refers to a group of Individuals desiring to participate in any amateur archery event under the World Archery Federation and WAP.

For a club to be registered with WAP, all its Owners, Managers, Directors, Coaches, Trainers, Instructors, and any other professional staff that have direct dealings with, or otherwise exercise authority over any Athlete Member of WAP, must be registered.

Club Registration Fee
Please deposit payment of PHP1,500 in favor of temporary account name: World Archery Philippines, Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Account No. 000363-1164-77, and upload deposit slip for verification.
